Bitfarms said it has started selling its 1,827 BTC holdings and plans to reduce that balance to zero as it shifts toward AI infrastructure. Bitfarms is building a 2.2-gigawatt AI and high-performance computing data center pipeline and aims to generate AI revenue by 2027. Shareholders also approved moving the company’s registration to the United States and renaming it to Keel Infrastructure, with the stock expected to trade as KEEL around April 1, 2026.
