Coinbase Chief Legal Officer Paul Grewal said lawmakers are very close to a deal on the Clarity Act's stablecoin yield provisions and said he expects progress within the next 48 hours. Grewal said the bill could reach a Senate Banking Committee markup in the next few weeks after the yield dispute derailed a planned session in mid-January.
