Circle launched CPN Managed Payments, a stablecoin settlement service for traditional financial institutions that lets firms operate in fiat while Circle runs USDC rails in the background. Circle said the service supports cross-border settlement, merchant stablecoin acceptance, high-volume payouts, and foreign exchange cost reduction, and launch partners include Thunes, Worldline, and Veem.
