A wallet linked to the Kelp DAO exploit moved about 75,700 ETH worth roughly $175 million across multiple blockchain networks on Tuesday, hours after Arbitrum froze 30,766 ETH tied to the attack. Arbitrum's Security Council moved the frozen assets into an intermediary wallet that can only be accessed through governance. The original exploit drained about 116,500 restaked ETH from Kelp DAO's rsETH bridge, and Aave said the fallout could leave $123.7 million to $230.1 million in bad debt.
