有的时候我对被告知某些 “规则”， 有强烈的不适感。比如25岁就应该怎样，35就应该怎样，公司里就应该是什么样的人，做好这件事就应该有什么潜规则，如果你不怎样你就一定不可能做到。

应该承认，这些社会形成的规训是有道理的。我是中国最好的社会学系毕业，我知道福柯笔下的规训与惩罚，规则是如何通过结构性的制度、符号权力和再生产机制代代相传的。我知道它们如何在无形中定义了“正常人”的轨迹，并让偏离轨迹的人感到羞耻或失败。但现在我逐渐厌倦了政治，厌倦这些潜规则，厌倦猜来猜去优柔寡断丧失机会。尤其是Web3。

在2019年所有交易所都在使用第三方法币onramper的时候，我问自己，为什么不能有直连渠道，被告知是合规问题。好，那我去研究合规细则。渠道不愿意？好，我拉着唯一愿意的渠道说，我需要跟你合作，我要在一周内签完合同，一个月内上线。渠道的BD一愣，说，还有很多问题要解决，而且我们在越南出差恐怕要等下周再说。

我说没关系，我今天就可以飞越南。于是我们当晚在越南的夜店里一边吹着气球庆祝万圣节，一边完成了合同细节的讨论。一个月后，第一个交易所直连visa/mastercard的法币渠道上线。在那时候被告知 “不可能，绝对不可能 ” 的事情，现在是所有交易所法币团队在使用的“规则”了。

早上洗澡的时候，在观察墙上出现的一只小蚯蚓正在努力往上爬。洗发水的泡沫刚巧沾在它头上几厘米的墙上缓缓坠落。在蚯蚓的世界里，可能他回去就会告诉他的同伴这个“规则”： 在某某时间某某地方需要绕过某某裂缝，因为那里有危险。

这不就是农场主和火鸡的故事么。我们都来Web3了，就别当火鸡了。

Recruitment is the most difficult and important task in web3, without exception. When I am hiring, I focus more on the ability to clarify direction and prioritize in chaotic situations, as well as the desire for results like a starving beast chasing its prey. And this is not something that can be cultivated simply through prestigious degrees or years of work experience.
Additionally, encountering leaders who appreciate, support, and provide positive feedback and reasonable suggestions is also a rare opportunity in life.
