There are country offices of the United Nations Human Rights Council in 18 countries –
Liberia, Mauritania, Mexico, Burkina Faso, Cambodia, Chad, Colombia, Guatemala, Guinea, Honduras, Niger, Palestine, Sudan, Tunisia, Yemen, North Korea, and Syria.
There is also a branch office in Ukraine.
Interestingly, in almost all these countries, ethnic conflicts/war conditions/war are prevalent.
