Do you think it will go down to take from below? Or will it rise to the one above? ..
The liquidity below is the closest, largest, and most enticing for whales .. and the direction currently seems to be heading downwards ..

Or will it reverse and take the harder path upwards??

My personal opinion is a decline .. and this is my personal conviction, and I opened a short position on $XRP .. and my target is 1.31
