It's easy to throw shade at projects for "no utility" until you're in the hot seat. Then reality hits different.
Floor sweeps, giveaways, raffles? All band-aids. They pump dopamine for 48 hours then fade. Zero retention.
The real problem: How do you design value for the holder who stays loyal for 1-2 years? That's the person who deserves alpha, not the flipper.
I don't have all the answers yet, but I know this: if your utility model only works for 30 days, you're cooked.

$HYPE/USDC on Project X — extra USDC rewards cushion the IL
WETH/USDC on Aborean — Gauge rewards keep me green even when IL hits
Example: Down $10 from IL on Aborean, but up $15 from Gauge rewards. Net positive.
This isn't alpha, it's survival tactics. If you don't understand impermanent loss mechanics, you're not farming — you're gambling. Learn the math first, then deploy.
