Is Binance Alpha failing only because of Binance — or are we part of the problem too? Let’s talk honestly.
Lately, Binance Alpha airdrops are being distributed at 245–257 points, yet the rewards are only $20–$30, and even a “good” drop barely reaches $40–$50.
So the real questions are: why are airdrops now requiring so many points, and why is the profit so low?
There can be many explanations, but the most convincing one to me is Binance’s point system itself.
Earlier, most users used to earn around 16 points per day. In 15 days, that meant roughly 240 points, which was enough to claim two airdrops, because airdrops usually came at 225–230 points. Binance even repeated airdrops around that range.
Now the situation has changed. Most users are earning 17 points or more per day, reaching 255 points, so naturally airdrops are now appearing at higher point thresholds.
In reality, users are still claiming two airdrops, but to do that they are generating more volume, paying more fees, and ending up with less profit — or even losses.
So why are people still chasing higher points, even knowing they might lose money?
This is where Binance plays smart. Binance shifts our focus toward competitions, and in order to win those competitions, we push for higher points. As more users chase points aggressively, airdrop requirements keep moving upward.
But if everyone is losing, why doesn’t everyone quit?Because not everyone is actually losing.
