I’ve been in this space for over 8 years. I’ve seen portfolios go to the moon and others go to zero in a single candle. If you want to grow your account and actually keep your gains this year, you need to stop trading with your emotions and start trading with a thesis.

Here are 3 lessons that took me years (and some expensive mistakes) to learn.
1️⃣ .Stop Chasing "The Next 1000x" Meme Coin 📉
Everyone is looking for the next PEPE or SHIB. But here is the reality: for every meme coin that moons, 5,000 others "rug" or bleed to zero.
• The Pro Move: Build a "Barbell Portfolio." Put 70% of your capital into high-conviction "Blue Chips" (BTC, ETH, SOL) and established ecosystem leaders. Use the remaining 30% for high-risk, high-reward plays.
• Why? Because when the market dips, the "trash" drops 90%, while the leaders recover. Survival is the first step to winning.

2️⃣ .The "Narrative" is More Important Than the Tech 🧠
You might find a project with the most revolutionary technology in the world, but if nobody is talking about it, the price won't move. Crypto runs on attention cycles
• Right now, the smart money is watching: AI-Agents, DePIN (Decentralized Physical Infrastructure), and RWA (Real World Assets).
• The Lesson: Don’t marry your bags. Follow the liquidity. If a narrative is dying, have the discipline to rotate your capital into where the volume is heading.

3️⃣ .Mastering the "Exit Plan" (The Hardest Part) 🏁
Anyone can buy a coin. Very few people know when to sell. Most people hold all the way up, and then all the way back down because of greed.
• The Strategy: Set "Take Profit" levels the moment you enter a trade. If a coin 2x, take your initial investment out. Now you are playing with "house money."
• Psychology Tip: You will never sell the exact top. Don't try to. Be happy with "generational profits" rather than "theoretical millions" on a screen that you never cashed out.

The "Bull Market" is a transfer of wealth from the impatient to the patient. If you are here to gamble, the house will eventually win. If you are here to learn, the market will reward you.
