The first fund tracks the broad market, mirroring roughly 500 large-cap U.S. companies, while the second focuses heavily on high-growth, innovation-oriented tech firms.
The allocations follow tight, programmatic rules to prevent the volatile crypto market from completely taking over the funds. They aim for an initial target base of 95% U.S. equities and 5% Bitcoin exposure. If a quarterly rebalance shows that Bitcoin has drifted above 5%, it is systematically trimmed back down to 4.5%. Furthermore, a hard risk ceiling dictates that if massive price action pushes the Bitcoin allocation past a 20% cap between rebalances, the fund forces a liquidation back to 4.5% within two business days. To achieve its crypto target, the fund will tap into spot Bitcoin products, futures, options, or a wholly-owned subsidiary located in the Cayman Islands.
