Pakistan Army Helicopter Crashes in Azad Kashmir, All On Board Killed: ISPR
MUZAFFARABAD, Pakistan — A Pakistan Army Aviation Mi-17 helicopter crashed near Muzaffarabad in Pakistan-administered Kashmir on Wednesday after suffering a technical malfunction during takeoff, according to the military's media wing, Inter-Services Public Relations (ISPR).
In a statement, ISPR confirmed that all personnel on board lost their lives and there were no survivors. However, the military did not immediately disclose the number of casualties.
Rescue and emergency response teams were dispatched to the crash site shortly after the incident and initiated relief and recovery operations.
The military said a Board of Inquiry has been constituted to conduct a comprehensive investigation and determine the exact technical causes of the crash.
ISPR added that the Chief of Army Staff, the Chairman Joint Chiefs of Staff Committee, and all officers and soldiers of the Pakistan Armed Forces expressed profound grief and sorrow over the tragic loss of life.
Deputy Commissioner Muzaffarabad, Munir Ahmed, also confirmed the helicopter crash. He stated that he was heading to the site to assess the situation and could not provide further details at the time. :::

Fresh details have surfaced regarding the alleged narcotics network linked to Anmol alias Pinki, who was recently arrested from Karachi’s Garden area in connection with a cocaine trafficking case.

According to investigative sources, Anmol reportedly entered the modeling world at a young age and became active in elite parties and social gatherings, where she allegedly developed connections with individuals involved in the drug trade.

Reports claim that her first marriage was with a lawyer allegedly connected to an international cocaine network. Sources further allege that after marriage, she became involved in the narcotics business alongside him. Following their divorce, she later married a police officer.

Investigators believe that with the support of her three brothers, a structured drug supply network was established across Karachi. Sources also claim she learned cocaine production techniques online and later introduced her own separate brand within the illegal market.

Authorities say she had reportedly been arrested by Punjab Police nearly five years ago but was allegedly released after heavy bribery. Reports suggest cocaine was transported from Lahore to Karachi by train through female couriers, while motorcycle riders allegedly handled local deliveries from railway stations to different city locations.

Sources state that the network operated through a highly secretive system where members had limited direct contact with each other. Financial transactions were reportedly routed through multiple accounts to avoid detection.

Further reports claim Anmol owns a hotel in Gilgit, while her brother Nasir’s girlfriend was also allegedly linked to supplying cocaine at private parties across Karachi.

Officials say two of her brothers had previously been arrested by Karachi Police, while sources estimate the alleged network generated millions of rupees every month.
