🚨 My funds disappeared, Binance refuses to help

Review:
I trusted Binance with my money, but now I regret it.
On 26.09.2025, 2140$ simply vanished from my wallet. I contacted customer support several times, submitted a ticket with full details , but I only got generic replies and no solution.

This is a serious breach of trust. Binance claims “safeguarding user assets is their top priority,” but my case proves otherwise.

If Binance truly cares about its reputation, they should investigate my case immediately and return my funds. Otherwise, I will take this to financial regulators.

Until then, I cannot recommend Binance to anyone. Binance id 175488221

⚠️ Lost funds on Binance wallet — Support ignores my case

I never thought I’d have to write this, but here we go.

Recently 2200 USDT disappeared from my Binance wallet without my authorization. I contacted Binance Support immediately, provided TxIDs, screenshots, account details, and ticket number, but after multiple attempts I only received vague replies and no real help.

This is unacceptable for a platform that calls itself the world’s #1 exchange. If Binance cannot ensure the safety of user funds and fails to provide transparent answers, how can anyone trust them?

I am making this public so that others are aware, and so Binance finally takes responsibility. I demand:
1. A full investigation.
2. A clear explanation of what happened.
3. Compensation for the missing funds.

If I don’t receive a solution soon, I will escalate this to regulators and crypto watchdogs.

Binance’s reputation depends on user trust. Right now, that trust is being broken.
