From a technical perspective, looking at the Gold chart on the 1H and 4H timeframes, we can see a potential double top forming for the first time since the recent rally. This indicates some weakness at the current levels, so I’m not convinced about taking a buy position right now. 🤝
As price has reacted strongly from the Daily Dynamic Support Zone I’ll be watching the following conditions:
(A) If price rejects near 4200, I’ll look for confirmation to enter a swing short, with potential downside toward the 3950 level.
(B) If there’s no rejection at 4200, I’ll stay neutral and wait for a clear range breakout before considering a buy setup above that range.#GOLD_UPDATE
