Started With Almost Nothing”
I still remember 2018 clearly. Crypto had just crashed after the hype of 2017. Everyone around me was saying it was dead.
That’s exactly when I discovered Binance.
I didn’t have much—just a small amount of money I could afford to lose. I created my account, bought a bit of Bitcoin and some BNB because I heard it reduced fees.
At that time, I wasn’t trying to get rich. I was just curious.
📉 Learning the Hard Way (2018–2019)
The market wasn’t kind.
Prices kept dropping. My small investment shrank, and I almost gave up.
But instead of quitting, I started learning:
What is blockchain?
Why do prices move?
How trading works?
I made mistakes:
Bought at the wrong time
Sold out of fear
Followed hype
But slowly, I began to understand the game.
🚀 The Turning Point (2020–2021)
Then came 2020.
Suddenly, crypto started rising again. This time, I was ready.
I held onto my Bitcoin
I kept accumulating BNB
I started using Binance features like:
Staking
Savings
Launchpad projects
When 2021 bull run hit… everything changed.
My small investment had grown more than I ever imagined.
It wasn’t luck anymore—I had patience and experience.
💼 Becoming Smarter (2022–2023)
Then the market crashed again.
But this time, I didn’t panic.
Instead:
I took profits early
I avoided risky hype coins
I focused on long-term projects
When news came about Changpeng Zhao stepping down and regulations hitting Binance, I was worried—but I had learned one thing:
👉 Never depend on hype. Always manage risk.
🔄 Where I Am Now (2024–Now)
Today, I still use Binance, but differently:
I don’t chase quick money
I diversify my investments
I use both trading and long-term holding
I only invest what I can afford to lose
Crypto changed my life—but not overnight.
