We often lose money in holding when we just follow what others say and don’t do our own research.
The second type of holding that causes the most losses is when a coin performs 10X to 20X, then crashes only 30 to 40 percent from the top. We think, "Now this is the perfect entry, if I buy now my $100 will become $1000." But we don’t think that even though it’s down 40%, it had already gone up 20x. Hundreds, no, thousands of people are still in profit. Even if the price crashes another 1000%, those people are still in profit and the sell pressure won’t end. And your $1000 will become $100 and your $100 will become $10.
So now, which coins should you hold and when?
Always hold coins that have an ecosystem, coins that generate revenue and burn their supply. Like I told you guys about #INJ at $2.80 — that I’m buying and even if this coin goes down, I will hold it.
And holding is never about buying at the top. Don’t hold good coins, as mentioned above, after a 10X to 20X pump. Instead, hold them when they are down 10X to 20X.
