At this pace, it could surpass Coinbase by year-end and reduce Binance’s dominance to a margin of just 1.1 million ETH.

Ethereum-based gaming network Xai has filed a lawsuit against Elon Musk’s artificial intelligence company xAI, accusing it of trademark infringement and unfair competition.

The complaint, lodged in the Northern District of California on Thursday, claims Musk’s xAI company has created widespread market confusion, damaging Xai’s brand.

Ex Populus, the Delaware corporation behind Xai, said it has used the XAI trademark in US commerce since June 2023, including through its blockchain gaming ecosystem and the $XAI token. “This is a classic case of trademark infringement that requires the Court’s intervention to remedy,” the filing said.

Ex Populus operates the Xai ecosystem, which includes a blockchain-powered network designed for video gaming and digital transactions, offering infrastructure to support game logic, AI-driven decisions, rewards and data management across multiple applications, per the filing.

James Wynn, a crypto trader known for his high-leverage crypto bets, has entered a massive leveraged position on Ether ETH $4,725 opening a 25x long as $ETH pushes to fresh highs above $4,860.
According to onchain data, Wynn deployed roughly $5,568 in margin to control a 29.3 Ether position valued at $139,215, with an average entry price of $4,239. At the time of writing, the position is showing unrealized gains of $14,888, representing a return of more than 267%.

EU exploring $ETH Ethereum, Solana for digital euro launch:
The EU is exploring Ethereum and Solana for its digital euro, marking a shift toward public blockchains over private models like China’s CBDC.

The European Central Bank (ECB) is considering running a digital euro on a$ETH  rather than a private one, the Financial Times reported on Friday, citing people familiar with the matter.

Unlike a private blockchain, where data is strictly limited to authorized entities, public blockchains like Ethereum or Solana are open to everyone.

If confirmed, the EU’s exploration of public blockchains would represent a significant milestone in the digital euro’s development, given that the ECB has not yet finalized the technology framework for the project.

DOGE’s key resistance levels to watch 

At the same time, he highlighted several key resistance levels that stand out. The first major target is $0.47, which could be reached within a month. 

A retest of the all-time high near $0.74 would follow, with the next milestone at $1.166, a critical resistance level that could shape the trajectory of this cycle.

If bullish momentum mirrors past market extensions, Dogecoin could break into new territory, with the analyst identifying Fibonacci extension targets at $1.85 and $2.55. 

On the fundamental side, potential institutional interest could further fuel growth. In this case, Grayscale Investments has filed with the SEC to convert its Dogecoin Trust into a full-fledged exchange-traded fund (ETF), to be listed on NYSE Arca. 

If approved, the fund would give retail and institutional investors regulated exposure to Dogecoin without the need for crypto exchanges or wallets.

The filing puts Grayscale in competition with Bitwise, Rex Shares, Osprey Funds, and 21Shares, all aiming to launch the first U.S.-regulated Dogecoin ETF. Decision deadlines for these applications extend from October 2025 through early 2026.
