Anyone claiming XRP reaches $10,000 simply because tokens are burned is missing the bigger picture of how XRP is designed to function. The real conversation is about liquidity, utility, and the scale of global value transfer.

• If banks needed to move $100 billion through XRP and all 100 billion XRP were actively available, the price would only need to be around $1.

• But reality is different. A large portion of XRP is locked away by long-term holders, institutions, ETFs, custodians, and Ripple itself. If the effective liquid supply drops to around 30 billion XRP, then that same $100 billion demand implies roughly $3.33 per XRP.

Now expand the scale.

The global financial system moves trillions every single day. SWIFT alone handles around $5 trillion in daily transaction volume. If XRP were ever used to facilitate even part of that flow with limited liquid supply, the implied valuation changes dramatically.

And that’s before adding:

✅ Interbank liquidity
✅ Real-world asset (RWA) tokenization
✅ Tokenized real estate
✅ Capital markets and derivatives

This is why the biggest financial institutions are paying attention to tokenization. The opportunity isn’t the burn rate — it’s the transfer of massive amounts of value through digital infrastructure.

Will XRP capture all of it? Probably not.

Does it need to? Not even close.

Even a small percentage of global value transfer could justify prices far beyond what most people imagine today. The key drivers are adoption, liquidity demand, and transaction volume — not burns.

Nobody knows exactly how this plays out. But when discussing XRP’s long-term potential, focus on utility and capital flows.

Bitcoin and Ether are heading into the weekend stuck in their tightest ranges in weeks. $BTC BTC has traded between $76,100 and $78,000 for four straight days, while speculative money rotates through select altcoins looking for momentum. Derivatives markets reflect a calm but cautious tone as volatility continues to compress.

AI tokens take the lead

With Bitcoin offering little follow-through, traders piled into AI-related tokens on Friday. NEAR jumped 28.5% in 24 hours and FET rose 11.4%, reinforcing the AI-rotation narrative as the broader AI theme keeps attracting capital across both traditional and crypto markets.

Derivatives confirm NEAR strength

NEAR’s futures market supported the move rather than signaling overheating:

Open interest surged to a record 282.53M tokens alongside the rally.

The OI-adjusted 24h cumulative volume delta (CVD) flipped positive, pointing to aggressive market buying rather than passive accumulation.

Funding rates stayed only mildly positive, suggesting leverage remained healthy and not overly crowded.

TRX and LINK showed a similar constructive derivatives setup, with rising OI, positive CVD, and positive funding.

Privacy coins reverse as rotation accelerates

On the other side of the trade, privacy coins sold off hard. DASH, ZEC, and XMR gave back a large portion of their early-week gains. ZEC, which had rallied more than 70% earlier in the week, reversed sharply—another sign that sector rotation is moving fast.
