Iar daunele colaterale sunt reale. Polymarket a redus deja șansele de adoptare ale Legii CLARITY de la 74% la 42%, analiștii avertizând că are nevoie de un vot în Senat înainte de sfârșitul lunii iulie.
Potrivit Constituției, dacă Trump nu face nimic timp de 10 zile, proiectul devine automat lege, cu condiția ca Congresul să rămână în sesiune. Așadar, interdicția privind CBDC ar putea intra în vigoare în orice caz.
