🇯🇵 BOJ rate decision window is now active.
Markets are expecting Japan to raise rates from 0.75% to 1.00% which would be Japan’s highest rate level in almost 31 years.
Prediction markets are pricing a 25 bps hike at around 99%, so most traders already expect this move.
But the important thing is this:
Official BOJ confirmation is still the key.
Do not confuse “priced-in expectation” with “confirmed decision.”
If BOJ confirms the hike and gives a hawkish statement, BTC and al tcoins can see sharp volatility.
