Most GameFi isn’t broken because of gameplay. It breaks because rewards train people to leave.

I’ve been looking at @Pixels , and it feels less like a fixed loop and more like a data driven LiveOps system. Rewards shift in real time based on behavior, not just activity.

That’s where RORS stands out. It’s not about paying more, it’s about making rewards work harder. Value flows toward players who improve retention, while extractive behavior gets priced out.

But this only works if the data is strong. Engagement feels inconsistent week to week, which raises questions about signal quality early on.

If the signal is weak, the system can’t optimize anything.

So is the market waiting for proof of retention or just another cycle of smarter extraction?
