🚨 RED ALERT! This is how they rob you in your face using fake screenshots (REAL CASE) 🚫
Recently, a case has circulated that serves as a lesson for all of us (I’m sharing the screenshots to help you identify the modus operandi). A user fell victim to a profile that promised "to sell USDT at a good price" under the pretense of a supposed "influencers program".
🚩 The Red Flags:
Unrealistic promises: No one gives away money. Offering $25 for only $5 makes no economic sense; it’s the main bait to attract victims.
Emotional pressure: The scammer uses phrases like "I don’t do those things, I just help" or "I give you my word" to generate false trust.
Fake proofs: They use screenshots of supposed mass payments or high balances that are easily editable.
The forced "Social Proof": They force the victim to write messages like "Thanks for the $25" before receiving the money, to use that screenshot and deceive the next person.
🛡️ How to protect yourself?
Beware of external exchanges: Always conduct your transactions through Binance's official P2P, where there is an escrow system.
Report immediately: If you see profiles offering these "services" on Binance Square or via private message, use the report button.
Do not share screenshots of your payments: Scammers use them to validate their "honesty" to other users.
Note: These screenshots are from a case reported by the community to alert others. Let’s keep the ecosystem safe. Education is our best defense! 🛡️
CLARIFICATION: The attached images are from a real case reported for the education of the community. A warned soldier does not die in battle!
