Although the USDT price is low, many people are spreading the word to buy the dip.
I still hold a bit of USD and hope it goes back up over 27k so I can cash out everything and take a break from trading on the Vietnamese exchange.
But looking at the current demand, everyone wants to cash out to switch to the Vietnamese exchange soon and gradually withdraw to avoid paying taxes when withdrawing later, so I think the USD will remain at this level or might even decrease further.
Recently, when the coins crashed, the demand to buy the dip hasn't really helped the USD increase much; anyone suggesting to buy the dip on USD is a bit risky.
