Stellar (XLM) is clearly decoupling from Bitcoin over the last 48 hours.

Current Situation (May 28, 2026):
$XLM : +17% to +22% in the last 24-48 hours (it hit peaks near +25% intraday).

$BTC : It's either dropping or moving sideways, facing bearish pressure (around -1% to -3% in the same period).

$XRP : Much more moderated movement, practically shadowing BTC closely.

Why is this happening with #Stellar ?
Mainly due to two strong catalysts:
-The announcement of #DTCC confirming pilot tests for tokenization on Stellar.
-The accumulated push from the CCTP of #Circle (activated recently), which is bringing real liquidity from #USDC .

This is a classic case of a narrative-driven move: a concrete institutional validation on a specific network generates aggressive buying, regardless of Bitcoin's actions.

Many (including myself) thought XRP would be the first to show a clear decoupling due to its institutional maturity and partnerships. But Stellar, being more agile and focused on stablecoins + remittances, is capitalizing better on the timely news right now.
This shows that one never really knows which asset will move strongly first. Sometimes the market rewards the narrative of the moment.
