MARKET UPDATE- 👀
The orange zone that I market on the chart yesterday, just below $64k, has continued to be the exact resistance for Bitcoin- This can be seen from the multiple clean rejections over the past 24 hours. One thing to note is that, unsurprisingly after last week's volatility, the volume so far this week is significantly lower. This is normal as BTC is in a period of consolidations, for the short term at-least.
Break above $64k cleanly, and $66k and $67k can be targeted. Any retest at $61k needs to hold if BTC is going to avoid another visit of $59k (Prev Week Low.)
The Monday range this week is: $62,380 - $64,180.

Bitcoin is up 8% from the $59k lows on Friday, but now under resistance just above $63k.
No surprise to see resistance here as this was 4hr resistance on Thursday/ Friday too before making another move down. If this level is broken, and we start to see 4hr consolidation around $64k then we can have more confidence of a move towards $66k and even $69k.
As the week is only just beginning, we should not rule out a retest around $61k to test the "chop zone" BTC was in for much of the weekend.

After 3 big red daily candles for Bitcoin, today has continued in a similar way with a sweep of $61k- a 17% move down since Monday.
This brings BTC to a critical daily zone at $64k - $63k. This was held as daily support in February, and had a successful retest, so bulls need to hope this holds again.
A daily close below $62.9k would be the lowest daily close since 2024! It would also increase the chances of losing $60k soon. Let's see if BTC can put in a short-term bottom here at least.

Bitcoin is now down 10% since the weekly open, with some of the biggest liquidations seen in 2026. This move has seen BTC accept below $69.2k (2021 ATH) and $68.2k (Qtr Open) on the daily timeframe.
If the selling pressure continues today, we cannot rule out a test of the last-straw daily support in the $63k area. This is a key level which marked the bottom in February, so if we see daily acceptance below this then there is a good chance BTC will be below $60k soon.

A close above $74.2k is still needed to invalidate the idea of $71k in the short term. New week and new month, so let's see how the Monday range develops from here.

As long as BTC continues to trade below $73.6k and $74.2k then a move under $72k, towards $71k, is still a real possibility.

Yesterday I said how important it was to keep an eye on the 4hr S/R level ($73.6k) shown by the orange line on my chart, and this proved to be right as each 4hr Bitcoin candle has tried, and failed, to reclaim the level. Until this level, and $74.2k (Prev Week Low) has been reclaimed on the 4hr chart then we cannot rule out BTC making a move lower. Early signs are that this could be a rising channel/ bear flag before another leg down, so a reclaim of the levels above helps to reduce that possibility.
If $73.6k continues to be resistance, the possibility of $72k - $71k remains on the table in the short term.

If you look at my chart, the orange line shows a hidden 4hr S/R flips level that was lost earlier. It is key for BTC to reclaim this, as well as the $74.2k level to avoid a further fall in price. If we see these levels start to act as solid resistance, and we see sustained consolidation below, a retest in the $72k - $71k area is likely.
