2025 and 2026 have been difficult years for me. I lost almost 90% of my crypto holdings.
I'd like to share some lessons from my 5–6 years of experience:
1. My biggest mistake was futures trading. I will no longer trade futures. I've said this many times before, but this time it's my final decision. To help control myself, I've activated the "cooling-off period" to disable futures trading.
Recently, some platforms introduced prediction markets. In my opinion, they are not suitable for many people because they are highly risky. Platforms should update their policies and provide an option to disable these features.
2. My second mistake was choosing the wrong tokens for spot trading. I now realize that many coins are scams or extremely volatile. Starting in 2027, I'll try to withdraw most of my funds as cash. Only a small portion will remain in crypto, and it will not be my primary capital.
3. My other mistakes were greed, laziness, trusting people too easily, and neglecting my mental health. Starting in 2027, I'll focus more on both my mental and physical well-being.
I hope you can learn from my mistakes as well.
Lastly, online income is temporary, and there are no guarantees. So, don't take online income too seriously. If you have a job, your first priority should be your job and your family. If you're a student, focus on your studies. I hope you'll get a great job and succeed in life.
