Một kẻ tấn công đã rút sạch 116.500 rsETH từ cầu nối xuyên chuỗi của Kelp DAO chạy trên nền LayerZero, trị giá khoảng 292 triệu USD. Con số này tương đương 18% toàn bộ nguồn cung rsETH đang lưu hành.

⏱️ Ví tấn công gọi hàm lzReceive trên hợp đồng của LayerZero, kích hoạt cầu nối Kelp nhả ra toàn bộ số token.

Kelp phản ứng sau 46 phút, ví đa chữ ký khẩn cấp đóng băng toàn bộ hợp đồng lõi, chặn được hai lần tấn công tiếp theo định rút thêm 100 triệu USD nữa.

Hiệu ứng lan sang Aave. Nền tảng cho vay này đã đóng băng thị trường rsETH trên V3 và V4 do lo ngại nợ xấu từ các khoản vay dùng rsETH làm thế chấp. Giá token AAVE giảm khoảng 10% ngay sau đó.
