From 1/7/2026, the asset declaration regulations (including crypto) will change as follows:
​🔹 Filing threshold: Increase from 50 million to 150 million VND or more (including spouse and minor children).
🔹 Significant changes: If assets increase/decrease by 1 billion VND/year, an additional declaration must be submitted before 31/12.
​📌 Applicable subjects: Applies only to government officials/public employees (from Deputy Head of Department and above in agencies/state-owned enterprises) under the Anti-Corruption Law.
