🟢 SEC just put crypto on its 2026–2030 strategic roadmap
The SEC’s new five-year draft plan makes digital assets like $BTC a dedicated priority through 2030, alongside investor protection and capital formation. The agency says blockchain and crypto technologies could “revolutionize America’s financial infrastructure” - language that would have sounded unlikely from the regulator a few years ago.
The focus is less about approving the next ETF and more about building rules that markets can actually operate under. The roadmap calls for clearer guidance on tokenization, staking, custody, trading platforms and onchain financial infrastructure.
In other words: fewer gray zones, more defined lanes
“Why sell?” “Why not just buy less next week?” “Is this bearish?”
Michael @saylor already explained the logic:
• If Bitcoin can’t be sold, critics say it has no value. • If it has no value, the balance sheet value is zero. • If the balance sheet value is zero, credit rating agencies ignore it. • So you sell a tiny appreciated portion to prove Bitcoin is liquid, valuable, and real.
🌚 Saylor sells 32 $BTC and suddenly a $129.5M Polymarket market is in chaos.
Strategy's SEC filing confirmed the sale took place in the final week of May, but the prediction market had already been settled as "No." Now traders are fighting over one question: did the sale matter more than the timing of the disclosure?
With millions on the line, Polymarket is reviewing the case and the final verdict could become one of the platform's most controversial resolutions yet.

Michael Saylor selling some BTC doesn't change my long-term bullish outlook. In fact, market reactions like this can create great opportunities for patient investors. I'm currently waiting for the right $BTC entry and believe another strong setup is approaching.
Back in 2023, I bought Bitcoin around $20K and sold at $49K, securing good profits but later watching it continue much higher. That experience taught me that conviction and patience often matter more than timing every move perfectly.
It's a lesson I also apply when following promising projects like @Liberdus , which are focused on building long-term value and real-world utility. #BTC Price Analysis# #Macro Insights#
