Poland’s President, Karol Nawrocki, has once again vetoed the bill aimed at implementing the EU’s Markets in Crypto Assets Regulation (MiCA) framework, which would introduce stricter regulation of the crypto market.
According to him, he will not sign a “flawed law,” even if parliament passes it again:
“Poland should attract innovation, not drive it away.”
Earlier, the president stated that the proposed version of the bill threatens citizens’ freedoms, property rights, and the stability of the state.
