It's not about 'making some U and leaving', it's about 'earning U for a lifetime'!
The following strategy is something I developed by stepping on countless K lines, not just empty words copied from a white paper.
First Iron Rule: Earning must be stable, realizing gains is essential.
If the market rises by 10%, immediately raise the stop-loss line; if it rises by 20%, you must forcibly lock in 10% floating profit;
If it rises by 30%, at least hold onto 15% profit before considering the next steps!
No need to guess the top, and no need to stay up late staring at the screen; let the floating profits snowball on their own, you just need to maintain the stop-loss discipline, and the profits won't run away.
Second Iron Rule: Losing money must be decisive, stop-loss must be firm.
If the position drops below the 15% stop-loss line, regardless of how shaky your hands are, clear the position immediately!
You are not cutting losses; you are preserving your principal, leaving bullets for the next entry.
Even if it goes back up later, that just means you entered at the wrong point and paid the cost of risk management trial and error.
Remember: a stop-loss is never an admission of defeat; it clears the obstacles for the next big hit.
Third Iron Rule: Missing a sell is not scary, daring to buy back is winning.
If the price drops after selling, as long as you are confident in the project's narrative and the funding situation hasn't collapsed, buy back the same amount at the original price—no coins lost, and you have more U.
If you hesitate during the pullback, wait for it to rise back to the original price, don’t get tangled up, just buy back directly!
Those small transaction fees are nothing compared to the losses from missing out.
Repeatedly testing the original point? It indicates unstable chips; switching to a different track is less stressful.
Short-term trading is not about luck; it's a system of 'quick profit-taking and firm stop-loss'.
Knowing when to take profits is the steadiness of veterans, while staying in cash and observing is the risk management of experts.
Don’t be obsessed with bottom fishing and top escaping; real profits rely on rules, not mysticism.
