Binance has officially launched its ADGM-regulated platform as of January 5, 2026. This means their services are now provided through three ADGM-licensed entities: Nest Exchange Services Limited, Nest Clearing and Custody Limited, and Nest Trading Limited. These entities will handle trading, clearing and custody, and brokerage services, respectively.

This move comes after Binance secured full regulatory authorization from the Abu Dhabi Global Market Financial Services Regulatory Authority (FSRA) in December 2025. The approval marks a significant milestone for Binance, allowing it to operate under a comprehensive regulatory framework and enhancing user protection and oversight.
