Moving Averages (MA): Your Compass to Confirm Trends on Binance 🌐 Why Use Moving Averages? Moving Averages (MA), such as the Simple Moving Average (SMA) and the Exponential Moving Average (EMA), act as a smoothed line of the price. Their main function is to confirm the trend, filter market noise, and act as dynamic support or resistance. 🌟 The Magic Crosses (Signals) Traders often combine a short-term MA with a long-term MA to generate signals: Golden Cross (Bullish Signal): Occurs when a fast MA (e.g., 50 EMA) crosses above a slow MA (e.g., 200 EMA). It is interpreted as the beginning of a long-term bullish trend. Death Cross (Bearish Signal): Occurs when the fast MA crosses below the slow MA. It is interpreted as the beginning of a long-term bearish trend. Many day traders use the 20 EMA for quick entries and exits, buying if the price bounces off it during a bullish trend. #EMA #SoporteDinamico #CruceDorado #SoporteDinamico #IndicadoresTecnicos $SOL {spot}(SOLUSDT) $BTC {spot}(BTCUSDT) $ETH {future}(ETHUSDT)

#IndicadoresTecnicos: update on 2024-12-31: below is an explanation of the indicators I use and are contained in the graphs: a) McGingley Dynamic Moving Average. I use this average because it has a faster response to price movements (than arithmetic or exponential moving averages). b) Moving Average Periods = 200, 50, 20 and 9: mm9 (green line) mm20 (dark blue line color) mm50 (pink line) mm200 (dark blue thread, thicker) c) Daily VWAP (light blue line, thicker) d) Volume Profile Visible Ranger (to identify the price levels with the greatest negotiations between buyers and sellers). If you have any questions, you can ask and/or comment. If you liked the information: let's like, comment, share and follow the profile. (thanks)! check it out below:
