Yet, ever since I've been on Binance, I see tons of folks talking about "Launchpool" and claiming they're earning new cryptos for free. My scam alert went off immediately.
Before I dive in this afternoon to see what it's really about, I'd like to hear from the veterans.

I just received 250 coins of a token called MIRROR in my Web3 wallet worth $6, created less than an hour ago.
As I speak, it has already shot up 500%. But this is a scam via airdrop, and even Binance has warned about it, so don't invest a dollar in this scam or you'll lose your money. For those who have already invested, sorry to hear that, but you won't be able to withdraw anything.

#scam #arnaque FRANCE: this morning, the number +33948355144 contacted me on my mobile. The individual claimed to be an employee of LEDGER.
He had my full identity, physical address, and email.
After informing me of suspicious activities on my ledger wallet, he tried to convince me to share personal information received via email in order to "cancel the ongoing crypto transfers from the other side of the planet and secure my account".
I quickly ended the communication since I haven’t had a ledger for years....
