If the unlocked token is almost gone
+ Plus point: no selling pressure from the fund
+ Minus point: The project has no motivation to push
If the token has not been unlocked much
+ Plus points: easy to control price, push price first to sell
+ Minus point: subject to selling pressure, susceptible to token dumping by investment funds
