FDUSD other weeks was always 0.9985 varying, with use of it to obtain Bio it increased 1.036 dollars, hence the difference

$FDUSD has any relation to the dollar?

I know it's a layman's question.

But if I bought when it was at R$6.08 per dollar, at this high, will the FDUSD also rise?
