Farmers

These migrant workers are hardworking and can accept the lowest treatment:

They do not need housing, just a temporary rental of the most basic accommodation, because they have housing back in their hometown;

They do not need pensions, because traditionally, they will return to their homeland and rural areas when they are old;

They do not need work injury insurance because they are completely unaware that it even exists, and do not know they should enjoy this right—naturally, no one is willing to tell them;

They do not need medical insurance because if they get sick, they will be kicked out of the factory; they do not need to prepare expensive urban education costs for their children because their children can get by in rural schools—though the teaching quality is poor, the costs are low.

In short, the land in their hometown can provide them with a meager yet real last guarantee, allowing them to accept the lowest treatment that urban original industrial workers cannot accept—extremely low, so low that it cannot go any lower.

They ultimately changed the world economic landscape. #MigrantWorkers #ClassSolidification #ImperialExaminationSystem #MilitaryMeritSystem#改革的阵痛 #
