The road of contract trading is really difficult, like walking on thin ice. Earning a few hundred dollars and losing thousands of dollars, it's really tough. I don't know how they manage to flip their accounts. I've done thousands of transactions, and I really don't know how to proceed.
If you set a stop-loss, it hits your stop-loss.
If you don't set a stop-loss, it traps you and then liquidates you.
If you hold the position, it keeps pushing in one direction.
If you take profits and leave, it continues the trend.
If you bet on the trend, it reverses on you.
If you bet on the reversal, it moves in one direction.
You think it should bottom out, and it keeps dipping.
You think it has peaked, and it keeps breaking through.
And there are trading fees; if you don't have a profit of at least 10%, you're losing money.
You watch the candlestick patterns fail, the volume fail, the footprints fail.
It's like being at a casino, being shaken up while placing bets, and once you're done and let go, they reveal the cards.
