"GENIUS Act": Clarifies stablecoin issuance regulations, requires 100% reserve backing, and promotes the compliance process;

"CLARITY Act": Distinguishes the regulatory authority of the SEC and CFTC, resolves token attribute disputes, and provides legal certainty for exchanges;

"Anti-CBDC Surveillance Act": Prohibits the Federal Reserve from issuing central bank digital currency, safeguarding privacy and the principles of decentralization.
