🔒 Easypaisa Account Blocked Due to P2P Transaction? Don’t Worry!
If your Easypaisa account has been blocked due to a P2P transaction, there is no need to worry. It can be reopened, it just takes some time. The entire process is written below:
⸻
✅ Step 1
First, call the Easypaisa helpline and get the details of the transaction that caused the account to be blocked (Date, Sender Name, Amount, etc.).
Then check on Binance if this transaction was made with your P2P trader.
⸻
✅ Step 2
Ask that trader for a copy of the CNIC of the account holder from whom the payment was sent.
If the trader refuses to provide the CNIC, raise a complaint on Binance. After a few days, Binance will review and request the CNIC details from the trader.
⸻
✅ Step 3
Create a receipt on Canva (like for a mobile or electronic device), with the date of the transaction.
⸻
✅ Step 4
Write a justification letter mentioning that you sold the electronic device. The details should match those on the receipt.
⸻
📌 Required Documents
1. Your CNIC (front & back)
2. Written justification (scanned copy/photo)
3. Canva receipt
4. Payment screenshot
5. Sender's CNIC (front & back)
⸻
📤 Submission Process
Combine all these documents into a PDF file.
• Keep the file size around 100KB (you can use Chrome tools to reduce quality).
• Also mention your Name and CNIC details in the email.
• After sending the mail, you will receive an auto-reply confirming that the complaint has been registered.
Then wait — after the review, you will receive a Complaint ID and be informed by what date the issue will be resolved.
⸻
❤️ Just have a little patience, your Easypaisa account will be reopened.
If you still don’t understand, please comment, I will guide you.
