WCT's Intelligent Operation and User Experience Optimization for Meituan Electric Bicycles
In 2024, Meituan Electric Bicycles will deepen the application of WCT. In addition to deposit custody, an intelligent operation and maintenance system will be built based on on-chain vehicle positioning, riding trajectory, and fault reporting data. The system automatically identifies high-frequency fault areas and time periods through data analysis to arrange maintenance personnel for inspections in advance; based on the frequency of vehicle usage, it intelligently schedules vehicles to high-demand areas (such as subway stations and commercial districts). After a user finishes riding, the vehicle's battery power, brake performance, tire wear, and other status data will be recorded on-chain to provide accurate basis for subsequent maintenance. By the end of 2024, this model has been implemented in over 350 cities nationwide, with user deposit complaint volume decreasing by 99%, electric bicycle fault repair time shortened by 75%, and average daily rides increased by 40%, significantly enhancing the convenience and reliability of urban electric bicycle travel.
