What is Bitlayer?

Bitlayer is a Layer 2 Turing-complete project that inherits the security of the Bitcoin network. In other words, it is like an additional layer on top of Bitcoin, helping to expand the network, processing more transactions at a faster speed without affecting the security or decentralization of the main network.

In the field of blockchain, Turing-complete refers to the property of a network's language that allows you to write any logical code in that language. This enables the system to execute any program.
