In 2013, when I was working at Ping An Insurance in Shenzhen, a colleague kept urging me to buy Bitcoin / $BTC. He bothered me almost every day, and eventually, I was tempted. I spent two-thirds of a month's salary, spending 3500 yuan to buy five Bitcoins. After buying, I watched the price daily, and for several months, I not only didn't make money but also lost a few hundred yuan, after which I stopped looking. After a month, when I opened my account again, I found that the funds had increased to 7000 yuan, and I immediately sold it.
After selling, I deeply felt the charm of cryptocurrency. Since then, I have been looking forward to Bitcoin dropping again to around 100 dollars to buy in, but I have not waited for this opportunity until now.
By 2017, I started paying attention to Filecoin ($FIL). After being persuaded by a friend, I spent over 200,000 RMB to buy mining machines. Then I kept waiting for the Filecoin mainnet to launch, and I ended up waiting for several years.

After going through so much, I sold all my coins and bought 2 million Filecoins on Huobi, with a transaction price between 150 and 170 RMB, going all in. Unexpectedly, the remaining Ethereum rose to 2 million RMB; my perspective was still too narrow, so I immediately cashed out into USDT, planning to wait for a drop to buy back in, but I never got another chance. Later, I gradually cashed out and bought two apartments; at that time, large payments were not so strict.
Then I watched Filecoin soar to a high of 1,000 RMB, with total assets exceeding 10 million. At that time, I always felt that this new star, Filecoin, would eventually, like Ethereum, become the strongest cryptocurrency after some time.
When Filecoin rose to 1,400 RMB, I held nearly 13,000 Filecoins, with assets approaching 16 million RMB. I felt both calm and happy, believing this was the result of my predictions, and I prepared to hold on.
A friend advised me: "You are already a millionaire; why worry so much? Cash out and live well for the rest of your life; the quality of life won't be poor." I thought he made sense, so I planned to cash out 1.5 million USDT into my wallet and then convert it to RMB.
