Starting Sept 9, 2025 (UTC), Binance will shift its Referral Program to a performance-based commission model.
🔹 Commission rates will no longer depend on BNB holdings.
🔹 Higher rates (40% Spot, 20% Futures) for 500+ BNB holders will be phased out.
🔹 All rewards will now be based on referral activity & performance.
✅ Goal: More transparency, fairness, and accessibility for all users.
