As a content creator within Binance and an active participant in CreatorPad since its inception, I have experienced the evolution of the platform over many months. I have seen advancements, design changes, rule adjustments, and an algorithm that can be understood over time. But I have also experienced something that is becoming increasingly evident: the burnout of creators due to insufficient monetization.

Creating content here is not simple. It requires studying, analyzing, publishing consistently, adapting to the algorithm, and competing daily. I have been in good positions, I have reached the top, I have fallen, and I have risen again. I understand how the system works and I continue to learn. Still, the fatigue accumulates when the effort does not translate into a sustained appreciation of the work.

It's not an isolated case. I've seen many talented creators disappear. Some made it to the top and then never appeared again. Not because they didn't know how to create, but because the relationship between work and reward stopped being sustainable. The algorithm can explain the turnover, but it does not justify the talent drain.

If we compare with other platforms, the difference is clear: monetization on Binance remains minimal compared to the level of demand. And that not only affects creators. It also affects the platform. Every creator that gets burnt out and leaves is knowledge, community, and value that Binance loses.

Binance is —and will probably continue to be— number one. But even leaders need to evolve. Better valuing creators is not an expense: it's an investment. It's recognizing that quality content sustains attention, educates users, and strengthens the ecosystem in the long term.

I write this not from a place of complaint, but from experience. I started with Binance in 2017. I've lived through good and bad cycles, as a trader and as a creator. I'm still here because I believe in the platform. But I also believe that it is time to take a more serious step in monetization if we want to retain those who, day after day, build value.

Binance is not failing due to a lack of leadership.

There is still time to improve due to an excess of talent not sufficiently recognized.

Real evolution is not only measured in users or volume.

It is also measured by how much you care for those who keep the platform alive.
