(The Bearish Engulfing) is a combination bearish offensive candlestick in the 12 Golden K, often appearing in the form of two bearish candles sandwiching one bullish candle.

After a bearish trend appears with a bearish engulfing, the price may not necessarily drop; the subsequent movement is crucial:

If the price continues to fall next, it indicates that there is still some downward space; if the price does not fall next, it indicates that the price cannot sustain the downward momentum.

The bearish engulfing can also have a deformed structure, as shown in the diagram. However, the essence remains unchanged; the larger the body of the bearish candles on both sides, the smaller the body of the bullish candle in the middle, the more effective it is.

①: When a bearish engulfing appears in the early to mid-stage of a downtrend, do not impulsively enter a trade! Be sure to pay attention to the subsequent price movement.

②: The larger the cycle, the more effective it is.

③: A bearish engulfing below the 20-day moving average is a positive sign.

④: Never use an offensive candlestick as a reversal candlestick.
