$LTC is not that Litecoin has risen less, but that all currencies cannot rise as much as Bitcoin, except for a few currencies that happen to be at rising points. A significant rise in a currency requires a reason. If you hold Litecoin, please promote it and call for more people to join in building it, so that the coin price can rise. Aside from that, there is no possibility. If you just complain about why others are not pumping the price, it can only be seen as foolish.
