$XRP

On September 18, 2025, it was finally time: The first XRP ETF in the USA officially started trading. Under the ticker XRPR, the product was listed by REX Shares and Osprey Funds on the CBOE BZX Exchange - a historic moment for all XRP investors. This allows institutional and private investors for the first time to invest directly in XRP through a regulated ETF vehicle. The launch came not only symbolically but also practically with force: In the first 24 hours, the trading volume of XRP surged by about 75%, to nearly 7.8 billion US dollars. The price also reacted positively and rose to about 3.12 US dollars, an increase of more than 3% compared to the previous day. This momentum shows how strong the demand for regulated access to XRP actually is.

Particularly noteworthy is the structure of the fund: It combines direct XRP holdings with shares of international spot ETFs and can also use derivatives if needed. This construction reflects regulatory requirements but simultaneously allows for broad and liquid market representation. In parallel, a Dogecoin ETF was also launched, underscoring that altcoins are increasingly finding their way into institutional investment vehicles. While Bitcoin and Ethereum have been represented by ETF products for some time, the XRP ETF now marks the entry of the bridging currency into Wall Street - and this could be a game changer for the market.

The reactions leave no doubt: The XRP ETF is seen as a signal that XRP has finally arrived in the top league. Analysts expect that the ETF will not only trigger capital inflows but also change the perception of XRP as a serious investment. Combined with fundamental developments - regulatory clarity in the USA, growing ODL volume, and partnerships with banks - the ETF creates a new basis for institutional demand. If this momentum continues, the XRPR ETF could become the central vehicle through which billions flow into XRP. For investors, it is clear: After years of uncertainty, this product opens a new era.
