But I found that many people are not like that.

You're not foolish; you treat this place like a casino, while I have been playing with a business mindset: controlling costs, managing risks, and pursuing certain profits.
I am not a teacher, and I don't have the time to teach anyone step by step. I am merely sharing my own observations and logic in the dynamics. Those who stubbornly resist after making mistakes or who only curse when they lose, I advise you to take a break. What you are up against is not the market, but common sense. If you don't respect the rules, why should the rules reward you?
In this circle, many stories can happen in a single day. Some rise sharply and precisely, while others fall confusedly. Which type do you want to be? It completely depends on whether each of your operations is well thought out or impulsive.
It's fine to listen to stories of doubling, but sustainable operations that allow you to sleep soundly are your own path.
If you always can't keep up with the rhythm and can't see the direction, my advice is: stop for a moment, don't force it. Look more at those clear logical analyses instead of going crazy staring at the ups and downs of numbers.
