Frequently Asked Questions

1. About our points system.

How is your content point made up?

Each content point is divided into three weighted parts to determine its total points:

Content quality.

Primary focus: Using an AI-powered model, the post is analyzed into components and each is evaluated.

Number of viewers.

Raw reach is measured by impressions.

Interaction data.

Interactions that show real value: likes, comments, token clicks.

How does the model detect content quality?

Content is divided into different parts: main context, visuals, and trading tools. The model examines these elements and combines the analysis to ensure all are relevant.

It is evaluated based on the following components, similar to human reviewers:

Originality: Originality on CreatorPad is not just about avoiding copy-pasting from elsewhere; it’s about having a unique angle on analyzing the project or currency. Originality also considers the number of similar pieces of content available on the platform - the more matches, the lower the originality score for that topic.

Relevance to the project: Does the content relate to the project or relevant points? If you only superficially mention what relates to the campaign or spend too much time discussing unrelated topics within the same content, that may increase the chance of not earning any points due to irrelevance.

Visuals: Only large logos, AI-generated images, or fake screenshots reduce points. Sharing data points from reputable sources enhances your content's credibility.

  1. Sharing trading / PNL: Using our official trading tool to share real screenshots of profits/losses or honest performance figures related to the currency adds significant credibility. General claims of 'up' without evidence hurt points. Also, sharing irrelevant trades (like talking about BNB but sharing PNL for ETH) may negatively affect your points, even if it increases views.

What are we not looking for?

Completely irrelevant content without mentioning CreatorPad, Binance Square, or any campaign token.

An attraction link using irrelevant stories (celebrity drama, random memes) plus a one-liner about the project at the end, or just adding random selfies to attract views.

Exchange trend forecasts or trading signals without explaining 'why' (like 'Buy $XRP now' without explanation or data).

When sharing a link to third-party content, always add your own analysis and context - don’t just drop a link.

How does the model know AI?

The response below was generated by AI; please use it as a reference.

Features the model looks for to detect AI-generated content:

Uniform sentence length and overly polished formal tone without personality.

Repetitive structures ('In conclusion...', 'Furthermore...') and general content.

No personal stories, emotions, colloquialisms, or real-time references at this time.

Perfect grammar/spelling with no natural variety.

General and safe opinions instead of specific opinions.

Specific details indicate human writing:

Shortcuts (like 'I', 'he'), colloquial language, emojis used naturally.

Personal data 'I' with real experiences (like 'I just finished DUSK tasks and...', 'my actual PNL this week...').

Slight natural flaws, varied rhythm, unique insights or bold opinions.

References to something that occurred today or personal trading errors.

If I used AI to review my grammar, will that be defined as AI?

No. Using AI solely for grammar/spelling fixes does not make the post AI-generated. The ideas, structure, opinions, and voice must remain yours.

Ineligible content and point reduction for lower quality content.

We have introduced a new reporting model in CreatorPad to report creators or accounts suspected of violating our terms and conditions, including using AI-generated content for rewards or unfair engagement, or using bots to manipulate campaign results.

We will review each report carefully and respond via your registered information secretary within 7 days.

How can I see my points?

You can check the details of the points earned for each task under the square points tab.

2. About our leaderboard.

Claim square points.

Square points is a point system that ranks creators in leaderboards; to earn points, you can complete tasks under various project campaigns. It is an evaluation system designed to assess user activity within Binance Square that determines eligibility and ranking for different campaigns.

Square points are calculated daily based on the total points from your content, interactions, and trades on the Binance exchange (excluding the wallet).

The points summary will be updated in T+2 on CreatorPad at 09:00 UTC.

In project campaigns, the total points in the leaderboard are a cumulative total of daily points during the campaign period.

To check your daily points breakdown, click on the project leaderboard menu, and it will be displayed under 'My Points'.

When will the leaderboard be updated?

The project leaderboard displays data with a T+2 delay. For example, data from 2026-03-20 will be shown on the leaderboard page after 2026-03-22 at 09:00 (UTC). The 'Leaderboard Snapshot Date' refers to the cutoff date used to generate the leaderboard. The leaderboard data is calculated up to that date and displayed two days later T+2 from the cutoff date.

What is the project leaderboard?

The project leaderboard is a specialized ranking of creators working on a particular project. Only creators who have completed all tasks for this project are eligible for listing. Rankings determine the quality of content produced by each creator, with higher quality content earning more points and thus better positions on the leaderboard.

3. About our leaderboard campaigns.

How do I participate in campaigns? How do I earn points?

Check available campaigns on CreatorPad and complete tasks. Each task has a fixed point value or category-based points.

Tasks may include:

Post about a project on Binance Square.

Using a specific tag or currency tag.

Follow the project's official accounts.

Make a trade on Binance.

Why wasn't my Square post task verified?

Ensure that all task requirements have been met; all required tags must be highlighted in yellow to be eligible. Double-check for spelling errors in the tags and ensure the correct project account is mentioned.

How do I check that all my tasks have been verified as complete?

Click on your task completion progress, and a green mark will appear when you complete the task.

What types of rewards are available?

The top N in the project leaderboard

The majority of the reward pool is granted to the top N creators on the project leaderboard ranking on the specified dates in the announcement.
